At Athena Performance we deliver Strength & Fitness Classes. These small group personal training sessions follow a periodised strength & conditioning programme that uses scientific principles & tried and tested methods to get you results.
Perfect for those who prefer the supportive social aspect of a group environment or those that don't have the budget for 1-1 PT.
With morning, lunchtime, evening & weekend sessions we have sessions for everybody's schedule.
